And because it’s Wi-Fi capable, it saves time, effort, and expense by using existing Wi-Fi access points.
No other technology in the industry is capable of utilizing two different Wi-Fi platforms: one for the resident, and a backup Wi-Fi for the property.
Rhapsody allows access to a property’s EMS from anywhere in the world. It is available from any PC, tablet, or smartphone with an internet connection.
All Rhapsody updates, improvements, and new functionality are activated directly from Telkonet so that our customers always benefit from our perfectly efficient system.

For the most HVAC system compatibility Telkonet thermostats such as Aida can operate using a wide range of input voltages from 12 volts up to 240 volts with no additional equipment.

Data security
All the data gathered by the collection of Rhapsody devices is transmitted to the Rhapsody software hosted by Amazon Web Services through a highly secure protocol. Regular checks, security/vulnerability updates, and data backups ensure the ongoing availability of the service.
System updates
The Rhapsody platform provides 24-hour functionality and maintenance, automatic security and vulnerability updates, continual back-ups, data and privacy safety and protection through the use of encrypted protocols and industrial protocols for integrations with third parties.

The Rhapsody in-room controller features smaller dimensions than most controllers, making it particularly well-suited for PTACs.
A line of clearly visible LED lights, one for each relay, offers an unobstructed view for basic troubleshooting.
Network
Integration Server
A network edge appliance, the Integration server is only required for Rhapsody integrations with PMS, BMS, door locks, or other third party devices or systems.
When the Integration Server is used, all Rhapsody devices will first communicate on a local network to the Integration Server.
The Integration server maintains a connection with the cloud to allow for reporting and control capabilities in the Rhapsody dashboard.
